Tatyana Katsaga
Principal Geomechanics Engineer
Dr. Katsaga is a geomechanics engineer with a Ph.D. in civil engineering. Her area of expertise is on the mechanics and numerical simulation of continuum and discrete media. She has more than 15 years of research and consulting experience.
She has provided consulting on many projects including mining (e.g., deep mines, block cave mining, pillar stability, optimization of mining layouts), nuclear waste storage, geothermal energy and petroleum. Dr. Katsaga also specializes in geophysical data acquisition, including advanced processing and interpretation.
